Career Tapped Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident getting started with Career Tapped. If you change your mind, you may request a full refund before your 1:1 Kickoff Strategy Session has taken place and before personalized work on your Career Tapped plan has begun.
When refunds are available
You may request a full refund if:
- Your 1:1 Kickoff Strategy Session has not yet taken place, and
- Career Tapped has not yet begun personalized work related to your strategy, target companies, or hiring contact plan.
After personalized services begin
Once your kickoff session has occurred or personalized Career Tapped services have begun, purchases are non-refundable.
